What do you mean the battery is no good? My charger won't charge my battery. I'm disabled and the M360 is my only transportation. What can I do about it? I've only charged it a few times since I put it together.

Your right there is NO customer service at this company... They shipped my bike without the 4 bolts to put the seat on. They don't return phone calls or messages sent to them online...
